You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to change your mind.

How to return

Message us via the contact page with your order number. We will send you the return address and instructions. Items should be returned unused and in their original packaging where possible.

Refunds

Once the return arrives, we refund the full purchase price to your original payment method within 14 days.

Damaged or faulty items

If your fan arrives damaged or develops a fault, contact us with a photo and your order number. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer.
